Okay, so I did great all week then Thursday... down the tube. Friday partially bad and same with Saturday. I don't know how that happens. It's like I have no control at all. I say bad, but it certainly could have been worse! I didn't eat fast food every day or have any pizza. Just other bad food choices and not carefully watching portions. I'll be okay. I had a good dinner tonight. Michael and I had roasted chicken, baked potato and peas. I have tater tot hot dish in the oven right now, but I primarily made that for Ron to eat.
So, with that being said. I only lost 1 lb. One sticking measly pound. As long as I can get myself back on track tomorrow and do good all week, I'm certain I will do better for next Saturdays weigh-in. I just hate that I know I could have done better.
Time to get Michael ready for bed. He's been running around crazy the past hour hopefully tiring himself out!
