Every new year we all come up with resolutions and of course, most of us fail to do any of them. Unfortunately, I'm one of those who fail! This year I have decided things have to change. All I can say is I will do my absolute best to keep up with my resolutions. I will share them with you.
1. Lose 30 pounds. (I plan to lose more-this is a start)
2. Find a job that pays well. (love my job, not the pay)
3. Work on paying off unnessessary debt. (icky, icky debt)
So, there ya go. Starting things off on the right track, I have applied for 2 more jobs this week and today I was on my treadmill for 30 minutes! I'm proud of myself.
My plan as far as diet and exercise is that the days I work until 11:30 or the days I have off, I will get on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes. That will be probably about 3 days a week. As far as eating? I'm actually going to try to low carb again using the Southbeach plan, not Atkins. Southbeach focuses more on lean proteins, reduced fats and healthy carbohydrates unlike Atkins with high fat and no carbs. We'll see. Otherwise, I may jump back on with Weight Watchers. My cousin is joining the gym in town and possibly joining WW, so I told her we will weigh in together once a week at my place. Sounds like I have a partner - that's so excellent!
